1. Subject:  These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales made through the UNI-CORD® e-commerce site. The products offered for sale are tennis strings, and services for laying tennis strings on tennis rackets.

2. Price:  Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. UNI-CORD® is a sole proprietorship: VAT is therefore not applicable to all products and services offered for direct sale. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer on the different delivery methods available for the chosen address, free withdrawal options are available.

3. Order: The customer can place an order online on the UNI-CORD® e-commerce site. The order is deemed accepted as soon as the order confirmation is sent by the UNI-CORD® e-commerce site.

4. Payment: Payment is made online on the UNI-CORD® e-commerce site by bank card or via paypal.

5. Delivery: Delivery times are indicated on the UNI-CORD® e-commerce site and may vary depending on product availability. In the event of late delivery, UNI-CORD® cannot be held responsible and cannot provide for the cancellation of the order. 8. Disputes:   In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Otherwise, the competent court will be that of the place of residence of the customer and may be seized if necessary.

9. Execution & Application of promotions, sales, personalized prices or "B2B" price offers: The products and services offered for sale by the UNI-CORD® e-commerce site may be subject to various discounts and reductions, global or personalized, and follow the periods of sales and promotional campaigns announced. These various discounts and reductions, of any kind whatsoever, can be applied directly on the site by the publication director, or by means of promotional codes, communicated on various media such as by email to customers collectively or individually, when exceptional campaign on the various communication channels from the official accounts of the UNI-CORD® brand (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). After-Sales Service UNI-CORD® Tennis Strings - Complaints & Returns: Once an order for UNI-CORD® tennis strings has been received, several checks can be carried out by the customer in order to certify or not the good conformity of the new products received , and if necessary make one or more complaints. Non-exhaustive list of admissible reasons for complaint which may be subject to a return, replacement or refund: Incorrect/missing product(s)* (*all orders are photographed before sending to the carrier for verification and will be consulted by customer service) ; Reel of UNI-CORD® tennis string appearing to be opened* (*quantity visibly reduced when unpacking the package, end of the string cut at an angle with pliers); Heavily degraded UNI-CORD® tennis string reel* (*damaged/degraded/flattened/wet string, heavily broken spool plastic); Unpacked UNI-CORD® THE GUT 1.31 tennis string pouch* (*open/pierced/torn pouch, half-trimming missing under airtight, closed pouch); UNI-CORD® THE GUT 1.31 tennis string pouch heavily degraded* (*wet/damp pouch, completely laundered gut in airtight, closed pouch, natural gut packing clamps missing/cut, flattened gut in airtight, closed pouch, fibers of the casing which is severely weakened/torn on the surface in an airtight, closed pouch).
